Bounded candidate read-only probe returned 0 and saved a sanitized handoff snapshot. Grok/Claude quota/OpenRouter still require approved signed credential-owner adapter; Hermes/ToshLLM/xAI API remain unmeasured with exact next actions in handoff. No main edits, push, merge, signing, deploy, paid inference or credential inspection. Rollback: leave both branches unintegrated; production was never replaced.
